Default Just a question

i have a 96' Gsr and when i put it in first gear or reverse and try to take off without giving any gas the car vibrates like crazy.. i added polyurthaine mounts..and it still has the problem...and now my tranny is making a knocking sound....i have a pretty much brand new clutchi n their (act heavy duty street disc) so it cant be the clutch..im thinking the differential?? any ideas?

actually it can be the clutch. I had the exact same problem on starts and back ups. I had a defective clutch and had to get a new one this happens every so often. was it professionally installed?

seriously, then you need to learn to drive better. the car is shaking like that because you are not giving enough gas when taking off from a stop. the mounts just make it feel worse. it's doing that because there's not enough fuel, so it's borderlining on stalling.

He is just a bad stick driver.
