I'm tryin' to swap a JDM B16 into my eg. The only problem I seem to be have right now the fact that the wiring harness is meant for right hand drive. I think I figured out wat to do for the battery/ starter cable, but the only problem I seem to b having is with the fuse box cable which is meant for right hand drive

 

what i do when i get stuck with a JDM harness. is say expletive the alternator power wire.. and i go to a radio supply store and buy a 2.5-3ft 8 gauge Wire with 2 terminals and install it in its place.

 

i would use a usdm wiring harness to save time and figuring out the wiring

 

lol, I'm using the JDM harness in my car, I just stretched one underneath the Intake manifold and the other one, over the intake manifold, fits good...just remove the battery and alternator cable from your old engine, and it'll be fine, I did that

 

Use a USDM harness and modify a few plugs so it fits. MUCH easier.

 

so u think it would b ok if I cut the jde battery postive???
