hey man, this is a common problem on during swaps. check fuel psi. your regulator might be malfuctioning. also check the map sensor. it could be running the wrong code. but hey i saw you removed your power steering and your cruise control. could you tell me how you did that because i cant figure out where to disconect the running wire from the actuator. that'd be cool man.

maybe i worded that wrong... i should have said "swapped" cars usually dont get the best fuel economy... they usually run rich for some reason... a friend of mine had a bone stock gsr in an eg and i couldnt get that to pass our emissions test here in tx and the limits arent very strict here... plus this guy has an intake, header, and type r manifold from what i can see... who knows what else he has done... hes been screwing with the timing as he stated so that could be a problem also

i swaped motor for quite a few cars with jdm b18c, b16 and they get around 32-35 miles a galon and they also pass smog check with flying color. provided that they do not removed all the smoged parts after the swap.

back to the topic. check your timing if might got off a tooth or two. plus need a bit more info about your set up.
