i really dont see how this could help stiffen up the chassis... im pretty sure everyone else will tell you to gtfo and call you names lol but remember its your car dude... do what you want with it

just looking for info whats the bolt on options available for a chassis stiffening other than welding in a roll bar/cage

 

front and rear strut and also tie bars.

 

have those already

 

fender braces

 

I had a Do Luck bar like that in my old 00' Coupe, it actually did make it fill a little stiffer...surprisingly. It mounted to the lower seat beltmounts using the OE seatbelt bolts. I don't see how that bar would work in a CRX...unless you have pillar mount belts, where as mine are door mount

 

Oh yeah...mine was much more than $50, but this was also 4 years ago.
