i found a really good deal on a 2000 black s2k. it's got the red interior. only 13k miles on it. driven by an older lady, garaged, never abused. i really would like a white one w/ the red interior. so, should i wait to see if i can find a deal on a white one or jump on this deal? maybe u guys could post some pics of both so i can deciede. i did see one black s2k w/ the stock wheels powdercoated black. pretty bad lookin'. any ideas?

 

I have heard from S2k owners with the red interior that the red fades overtime to a pink looking color, yuck!

 

Mine is a year old and looks as though it just rolled off the line. I think it fades because people dont protect it regularly and leave it outside with top down in the sun. here are a few images of mine in white.

I say wait for the White. It was my first choice, but I went with the Spa Yellow...no regrets

if u can treat the color well, then buy it! black is pain to wash etc. but if u have garage to wax it after every wash then buy it, black is sweet when it´s clean

 

Man, i love that white. Wish we had that colour option here!
