well. the title doesnt lie...my friend bought a 98 GSR with random *** problems, like the when you open teh glovebox it doesnt have the stopper, badges were stolen, the shocks for the rear hatch dont work...weird crap. but, it runs great, the 6puck clutch is quite a different drive feel than my 2000 Si. anyway enough blabbing, on with the pics, maybe i can convince him to come on and explain his future plans (he has a shitload....trust me they are needed).

isnt that what they do in all the cool photoshoots? standing on the valve cover and whatnot

front end was beat to hell. the inside of it was cleaned out at one time probably to fit an intercooler. and the front bumper hasnt always stayed off the ground he's planning on JDM ITR front and complete repaint to CW so, its no biggie so far...

we rolled in so many cars, they are all ridiculous in taking their own cars all the time, like "oh lemme take my truck just in case i have to go home", "ill take someone home first and bring the crv back" so yeah, you were right in the first place, there were 4 cars (and there should've been 2 )

good find, that gsr is actually in really good shape.

all those little problems are very cheap fast fixes.



edit: and no big deal about the guy standing on his engine, he looks to be a lightweight like myself. i stand on my engines all the time when im working on **** down by the intake mani/fuel rail etc. easier than stretching across the engine bay.

 

at least he has the blades...
