WHAT SWAP B18C5 OR K20
It seems that I could boost a bseries with internals for the same cost as I would a stock Kseries. Even if I kept bothe N/A it seems that the b would give me more bang for the buck. I can get the b18c5 for about the same cost as a K20 in the neighborhood of 4-5k. And the b would be less painstaking. So please lets assume your were going to do this project for a 89 civic hb. what would you do?Adding it all up it seems the K is going to set me back at least 6-7k installing it myself and all the litttle headaches that go along with the k-swap. Thanks in advance
First thing... Search.
It seems as though you would be better suited for the B-series. I say go boosted b18c1.
If you think you can do the K-swap. Go for it, it is the 'new' B series.

maybe just a boosted ls. I did a boosted ls back in 93 and it was pretty quick. most people on this site were probably in junior high back in 93. but i have the bug again
