Default Stop/horn fuse keeps blowing. Please help. This is my last attempt to fix this!

Hey guys I have been having a problem with the stop/horn fuse. Car is a 1991 CRX Si. As of right now if you go to put one in, it will blow immediately. Even with the car off. If it goes in the socket, BAM, its blown. Like a millisecond before it blows the horn tries to sound but the fuse blows before it can get loud, but you can hear it slightly. I took off the wheel and checked for continuity when you press the horn button. The switch in the steering wheel is fine although that probably has nothing to do with it.

What should I do now?

How can i disconnect the horn to make sure 100% thats the problem? If i disconnect the horn and its the problem the fuse should stop blowing correct? I have the wheel off now but i dont know what i should unplug.

Please help me out. This is the last time i try to fix it before i have to bring it somewhere. Thanks for the help.

sounds to me like theres a short somewhere. Find the wiring, follow it and see if there's any bad isolation or other electrical issues.

I know thats the problem but its not that easy. im looking for ways to isolate the problem to the horn or whatever it is. Theres like 8 million wires in the car.

disconnect the horn? well, it's among a lot of plugs on the back of your stalk cluster. i don't think you can disconnect it without disconnecting a lot of other stuff. you can also unplug both horns if you take off your front bumper (not that hard)

i'd suggest that.
