Just recently i noticed that every time i go over a large bump or a change in the road survace my car lets out a quick but loud squeak comming from the passenger side front wheel. I have no idea what it could be? Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks

 

quick + loud = probably something in the shock assembly.

 

I remember my ABS system came loose on a bolt that held it down. Check that just press it and see if it causes a noise. It might be loose.

try bouncing the front of ur car up and down.....it might be ur springs. mine squeak and i hate it with a passion. if im not mistaken, IF it is the springs, its probably the dead coils rubbing against each other. i read somewhere that it can be fixed with those plastic wire wraps found at radio shack. ur suppose to wrap them around ever other coil.. hth

 

It's definaltly not ABS since my car doesnt have it. And im pretty sure its not tire rub, cuz that has happened before and its not the same sound. Im gonna go check out my suspension. Thanks a lot for all your help.
