I would stay away from that. Looks like whoever had that, bottomed out whenever he/ she had the opportunity to

Yea I would no go on that to because of how bad that they bottomed out. It does not look like a major dent or anything but the metal got ate into pretty good.

Anyways, back on topic.
I don't think it would cause a noticeable loss in power (whatever power you gain form it anyways *cough*). If you can bargain for a little lower you should take it. And if you do, make sure you sand down the scraped up part or clean it then paint over it to further protect it from rust or something...

I slammed my car and the two bottem of the 4-1 header (DC ceramic) collapsed in on itself and i still used it, when i put my new 4-2-1's on it definitely improved performance, but i never like had flames shooting out from under my car. Looked like complete **** and stuff though.

Anyway, that dent is nothing. I wouldn't worry at all. There are many of us who had/have dents that basically block up the whole pipe and we still drive it.

What brand header is it? If its a DC you can find one on here for just as cheap in better shape. Look around.

riote............. I was BANNED again. This is getting pretty annoying man. Now there posting my works IP Address? haha. wtf?

My IP address is road runner, and it starts with a 192.xxx.xx.xxx

Anyways, I have the exact same header, DC 4-1 for my LS and i must tell you that the dent only help. by giving you more low-end torque when using a 4-1 header on a bone stock LS.
