Changing b18c1 for H22a pros cons??? imma noob

Yea I have a b18c1 in my ej1 and I'm planning on trading it plus money for a h22a with everything. I wanted to know is this a good decision and will I feel a big difference? Also what's the 1/4 about for a h22? I know the gsr is about 14.8 in a civic.

Should I just keep my gsr or is changing to a h22 a good choice?

usually b18's go for more than h22's. link to my time slips in my bio, and a sol is a little heavier than most civic's.
