My laptops dont have any Serial connectors. do you just use a simple SERIAL to USB adapter and does it work. Please let me know thanks !!!!!

 

I haven't used it, but that's the way to do it.

Just use the adapter, that's what they're for.

This is what i used on my Zeitronix wideband as well. The only problem is sometimes they are very buggy. For example, I can't stop and save a datalog from my wideband like I would normally because the drivers suck.
