Default IS IT SAFE TO RUN THE CAR WITH OPEN MANIFOLD?

hello everybody.

Is it safe to run the car with only open manifold for a few minutes?
(by open manifold i mean only manifold is installed and no other exhaust)

if its after the o2 sensor or behind the engine there shouldnt be a problem

i'm used to it LOL..... i used to run with no DP on my turbo LOL.
