Just get the stock Cometic or OEM headgasket. Not 100% but i believe the D16y8 headgasket is the same and its cheaper

ARP"s are a great investment on any engine.

I have to agree. If your car is stock and you're only planning on NA (Idk why) your best bet would be OEM headgasket w/ ARP headstuds. Stock headstuds cannot be re-used. You dont need any other hg for this type of build.

arp's are studs not bolts, they screw into your block(basically just a threaded stick), then you put nuts on the studs(is there any way to put that that doesn't sound like a sexual innuendo?)

you start the threaded stud by hand and then put 2 of the nuts on that stud and lock them together then you can tighten the stud from there.

actually the stud only needs to be hand tight, the nuts are what puts pressure on the head(there we go with the sexual innuendos again )
