ha, just posted now another problem came to mind. I'm running a virgin po6 ecu with a b16 sir2 motor. i was planning on getting a chipped ecu from phearable.net but I am afraid the car is going to run too lean and no vtec. i believe the ecu is from a 92-95 d15. i just did'nt have a ecu and stuck it in. any suggestions?
the fuel maps and ignition maps will be wrong
it'll probably drive though... probably
i'd recommend getting it changed to a P28 (might be less than $5 in parts if it was out of an auto going into a manual)
the P28 is a P06 with vtec.
you do need a program for your engine though, i'd sell it to someone who knows what they're doing, and buy a chipped one, then take it to someone who can tune it to your car.
