Default how much for this s2000?

Hi guys, I have a guy who's selling this car. I wondered how much should I offer him, whats the most its woth you think? I would appreciate your comments, advice. thanks

Motor and tranny - $4k
Tailights(AP2) - $380
3 wheels - $200 something a piece, retail
Seats - $6k, roughly, ($1000 used)
Softtop (looks like plastic) - useless
Trunk lid + spoiler - $600 retail

That's if you're willing to do the work. Where's this car at?

4k, there isn't much on there besides the motor and seats, assuming both are intact

why so much hate guys.... well anyways I know its real bad wreck but fixable. Its worth no more than 5k then tops. he said he has some spare parts for it, headlights air bags etc.

I want to rebuild it of course, I dont have S2K so I cant use it for parts. he also said hes got new convertible top for it, tail lights

rebuild that? i would not buy that car to rebuild. it seems better for parts. Anyone who has rebuilt S2K's knows that its expensive. In most cases, by the time you are done (hrs and $$$), you could have bought a mint condition S. rebuilds are not worth it unless you have access to super cheap parts, even then its prob not worth the work

if you are building this into a race car, then its another story

IOM don't even bother to buy this car. Reck car is not my style. But anyway its your money. I'll take that 5 grand put down payment for another use S2000.

i wouldnt pay more then 3k for it. mine cost me 9k and it had way less damage then that. that car is worthless.

I think WRX Pearl Mica Blue is a bit deeper than that. Either that or its a really crappy picture.
