Default P30 speedlimiter HELP

HOw do I take this off myself, is there a way. Any pics Diagrams, something. I have never tackled ecu stuff before, but I am sure I can figure it out, I can rebuild a motor and do swaps and what not. Help

the ecu needs to be reprogrammed in order to remove the speed limiter.

An Apexi REV/SPEED METER can do the trick of removing the speed limiter/cut.
I have proven this on my JDM P30 ECU.
