Default 4WS light - resoldering relay points may fix my problem??

I find whenever I approach full steering lock while the car is standstill, or turn the wheels more whilst almost standstill, the 4WS light comes and stays on. mayb its not to do with turning the wheel as much, not sure.

If i disconnect & reconnect battery, the light goes, 4WS is enabled, but comes back within the day or next day, possibly when I am parking or coming out of park space where the wheels need to turn more.

I don't quite understand where to get these error codes I hear of, from. My question is whether resoldering the relay points in the ECU (been reading the thread about it) is the way for me to go. Or whether it sounds like a different problem.

Cheers

i dont think its a soldering issue..but it could be
i know the 4ws light will kick in if like you try turning your whee with the rear tire against a curb....
since the rear tires have something blocking it...the 4ws will disable

it prolly has something to do with that

i havnt turned the rear wheels against a curb or stopped it from turning. its just from normal usage of steering, eg parking, T junction.
