No spark on #4, already replaced cap and rotor...
As the title says, I'm not getting any spark on #4 and the car won't run as a result.
I took the distributor off when I discovered there was no spark on #4; after visual inspection, I decided to replace the cap and rotor and see where that got me.
I'm assuming the coil is fine because I'm getting spark on 1,2, and 3.
No luck... So, where do I go next??

Now this usually only happens on GM cars but maybe its happening to you; you are getting some amount of oil on the plug, which causes the plug to short out and misfires to happen. Try to get a spacer for the plug at any auto parts store and see how that works.
First of all, thanks for the replies, and happy Thanksgiving!
Here's the rundown of what happened.
* Car wouldn't start
* Pulled plugs, two looked pretty fouled, and they were gapped wrong.
* Bought four new plugs along with wires.
* Replaced the wires and plugs to no avail.
* Pulled the plugs again, turned the engine over with the plugs removed and watched for spark. This is how I discovered #4 wasn't firing.
* Swapped the plugs and wires around to see if I had a bad wire or plug
* Pulled the distributor off to inspect the points and rotor
* Decided to replace the cap and rotor (they were pretty worn, and it's a cheap part).
Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor are all new (gapped to .040").
So, I'm pretty sure the problem has to be somewhere in the distributor... I don't see where else the problem could be (ECU maybe?) Anyway, I have no idea how to test the parts of the distributor in attempt to further isolate the problem.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Where to next?
