when driving my car.. the gauges is all the way on C, but at the light it goes up 1/4 of the way.. then i drive and it goes back to C.. does the intake air temp sensor control the gauge aswell as the coolant temp sensor?

 

sounds to me that you have a thermostat that is stuck open.

 

hmm.. ill change it tomarrow, i was jw about the intake air temp sensor aswell because my wireharness doesnt have a socket for it, so its not connected
