Car is really sluggish while driving, almost feels like it is getting no power while pressing the gas. It will act sluggish but if I slam down the gas to the floor it will get power. Its really annoying because if I start off in first it will jerk the car extremely because the car's rmp's are not high enough, it kicks in and out from having power to not having power.

I ripped up my carpet and my computer is showing code 16. Which I believe is Fuel Injection System. Should it all be replaced or should I replace the main relay or ignitor. I NEED HELP BAD!!

The car has also not started from time to time. Had ignitor coil replaced but that just seemed to prolong it!

Also sparks plugs show signs of oil on them! What is causing the problem.

Please help!!!

Also while the car is idling it will idle lower than 1000rpms than drop down to almost stalling but than kicks right back up to 1000rpms before it stalls. Continues to do this over and over again!

that sounds like vaccum lines
