Default Volk te37 owner authenticate these

I local guy is selling his set of te37 which were originally white and he has since powder coated them bronze. The wheel doesn't have the valve stems but he replaced the stickers on the wheels. Can someone please tell me if these are authentic on replicated. I am thinking of trading my mugen rnr. Also please add input on whether you think I should or not . Pics of my car are located in my sig, thanks

can tell from the shape,
I haven't seen any te37 ripoff thats shaped this accurately.

Look to see if the wheels say "Made in Japan".

i'm pretty sure those are real Volks, the lug nut holes Do not line up with the spokes.

EDit if u see here, 2 lug notes match up directly with the spokes on the wheels u posted non of them do...these are rota grids.

They're real, Rotas are more blocky and squared off. I also think they'd look much better than the RNR's

Lol go search for the great fun many owners have had with RNRs and cracking. Stress cracking on the spokes, not from hitting walls or curbs or dumb crap like that.

Those wheels look real deal, but the stickers are on the wrong spokes they should face the valvestem (chances are theyre not real stickers though, a friend of mine had a very hard time getting ahold of a brand new set and he paid a lot), the valvestems can be ordered separate, I've ordered 2 spare sets for mine.

Just ask him to take a picture of the back or ask to look at it.. should say Made in Japan and Forged as mentioned above somewhere on the lip or spoke.

They look real to me.

They are real or they are the "Vork Roys" ripoff ones. Probably real though.

Look real, but I personally think that TE's look pretty ugly on FWD cars.

they look pretty real to me. check out the markings on mine (near valve stem) and the lug holes arent lined up with the spokes.

do it. Mugen Rnr's are weak. literally, they are structurally challanged. and that claim is undisputedly true. . volks = forged 10-12 whatever lbs. strong as fuhk

my dirty *** ones.

Weigh it and then compare to a Rota grid.

best suggestion yet

weigh and compare to wheel weight of a real TE

otherwise, get a pic of the back of the lug hole area, the back should read RAYS, etc. which is stamped into the wheel

no one could or would really fake that

on the backside of the hub where the lug pattern of the real TE37s it has "rays engineering" or something to that extent embedded into the wheel. thats how i can i tell.
