OT: Does TE37 comes with both 4x114 and 4x100 bolt pattern on the same wheel?

OT: Does TE37 comes with both 4x114 and 4x100 bolt pattern on the same wheel?
I didn't know Volks make something like this.. I thoght they are either 4x100 or 4x114 and not the universal fit type.
These wheels are 17's by the way.

They aren't universal. If you find one that is both 4x100 & 4x114.3...it's a fake.
