Anyone else having issues?

I ordered some flanges on the 8th of this month, and have still yet to receive them. I PM'd him 4 days ago, and still havn't heard anything. I also sent him an Email, and havn't heard back.

Anyone happen to have a phone #?

I'm just trying to figure out where my **** is.

Goodluck, if you would have searched.

This guy is good and bad / on and off at times.

He tries to make up for his expletive ups, yet he still loves to create more. Hes very behind all of his work. Not sure why he accepts lots of order when he cant even handle them all.

 

He doesnt pick up the phone if you call. Ive tried many times but am lucky to get an email in response.

 

Honestly whats the deal?
I know he is going to be on here sackriding a reply saying "I dont have any records..." or some BS.

Personally I would call the local sherrif in his town and have them visit him!

 

I deal with him all the time, he has been good to me. Give him some time, his phone number should be on the website.

 

Ive dealt with him 2 times and both times he has sent them to me. I wouldnt worry about if you are gonna get them or not, but i would worry about how long it takes haha. good luck

 

Hey guys im sorry i been so busy lately, i sold my current CNC machine and am waiting for the new machine to arrive. Its taking longer than expected because of the holidays. In the mean time i been down at a friends shop using his mill which is slower than my old one, to do current orders, pleeeeeeease be patient.

I just want to be updated on where my stuff is. You said it would be out in 1-2 days. Do you have a tracking #, or are they still waiting to be sent out? I'm not really mad that I don't have them yet, but I'm just kinda upset that I havn't received any information on where my order is.

 

what flanges do you need? chances are i can help you out. i pride myself on good customer service and great communication. i appreciate all feedback, good and bad so that i can continue to provide the best quality product for my customers. i will never make an excuse and if i have a problem meeting your demand i will more than make up for it. ask anyone who has ever dealt with me or even just contacted me... i've never ever seen a negative post about weirRacing and i intend to keep it that way.

Guarnteed lowest prices you advertise. But also guarnteed not in stock! We just checked on some flanges again as i figured we'd give you another chance after my first 2 orders taking so long, but you said you didn't have the items i was looking for and wouldn't for probably 2 weeks.

 

Sorry... like ive said im getting a new machine right now, u have no idea how hard it is at this moment to keep up with anything... and at least im being honest with you telling you that there not instock at this moment, not saying they are just to get a sale

 

i made a small order of flanges and a collector in SEPTEMBER! In about two of our conversations you've said the only thing left that needed to be made was the headflange which is fine, but that was well over 2 months ago that you told me that. Just send the other products and forget about the headflange.
