This is what it will do. When I take off from 1,000 - 4,000 Rpm, it feels like something is holding the car back, but once it gets to 4,000 Rpm it feels like the car has an extra kick (Ironically, this is close to the time Vtec would be kicking in...~H8). Feels nice all the way to 8,000 Rpm.
My setup is a 1991 Civic SI, with a first gen JDM B16 (OBD0). I only have one oxygen sensor, and I know that code 2 is the O2 sensor. Should I buy a new one, and see if that fixes my problem?
I have a single wire sensor from a 91 Integra LS, would that work?
(I bet you'll get an answer now that people can read what you said without suffering a headache. You're welcome...)

O2 sensor.
It is running in closed loop and then kicks into open loop...open loop doesn't use the O2 signal for fuel mapping. Closed loop it looks are the O2 sensor and isn't seeing the correct reading, so it adds lots of fuel to be safe....
Get it wired correctly and it will be fine.

what the hell is a "LOCASH" Chip. when should your V-tec come in. I have a stock PW0 ECU whitch is almost the same as the PR3. and my V-tec comes in at 5250. RPM's

where did you find that its an 02 sensor problem? I have the complete DTC list in front of me and no where do i find a code 2. only code 1 which is o2 sensor 1. So unless maybe a code two is the 2nd 02 sensor?
