Default Damn Dirty Rear Bumper !!

hello everybody !! I am just wondering how I clean up my bumper !!!
my car is white, and i have no idea why my rear bumper got into such a dirty bumper !! everytime i wash my car with those guns, those dirty stuff is still on my bumper no matter how i clean it... it looks like some mud on it...
i think it's probably in winter, so much mud and snow and salt on the road got on to the bumper, and the last owner didn't clean it up as often ... so it makes this freaking dirt ! can somebody tell me how to clean it?? I want to make it to be pure white !!!
here is a picture, but u can't really see that dirt, it's right above the exhaust, and it's actually on most of the bumper... that really sucks

The air currents created around your car as you drive pulls air and dirt up around the rear bumper. If you wash it and it still feels dirty, try using a clay bar before waxing. I guarantee you it will feel smooth as glass.

Mother's or Meguiar's clay bar, it lift contaminants out of your paint that washing doesn't get rid of (overspray, sap, etc.).

keep using carwash to wash your car.

to get your car cleaner and keep it looking clean, try using wax with a wax cleaner or with a clay bar.

more info on clay bars... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=143765

yeah the clay bar should do the trick..but when spring rolls around and all of the pollen is flying around its going to get dirty fast and not only the bumper the whole car....for that i use the california duster everytime i get out of my car...it takes off all of the pollen so its easier to wash...just a helpful hint
