if your motor is still running strong (not about to blow) you will be fine..run 7psi on a drag or fmax kit and you will be very happy. i have a drag kit on my gsr swapped hatch and im happy
i have a t3/t04e...its a very common size with b series turbo kits. just look into drag kits and som of the others....if you dont mind losing a/c check out the deals on peakboost kits in the forced induction sponsor section.

i'm doin the same thing. My motor has 75,000 on it now. I was honestly going to go with a drag kit also, so i started doing research on here through the archives and such. Now after a month of reading and looking around, i'm gonna piece together my kit. You'll get much better parts and still spend around the same amount. If you do the research its really not hard to piece it together, if you are a DIY kind of person, but the tuning is something i wont tackle and will have a shop do. Check out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1323059 , lots of great info in there.

then get a pre-fabbed kit from one of the big industry players that comes with everything including the fuel management.
greddy, drag, edelbrock are the first 3 that come to mind.
this way you dont have to worry about making a tuning mistake, modify wiring without clearcut instructions, custom fab something or another, etc.
these are generally the more expensive but best for the beginner who doesnt know anything.
