Everytime i start up my car in the morning or in the afternoon my car will spew out little bursts of black smoke, and my needle willd jump up and down 100-250 rpms. But once the car warms up, the idle stays constant and no more black smoke comes out of my exhaust. Any reason why this would happen? Any inputs or answers are appreciated.

 

this happens evertime at idle except during the night. maybe its because my car loves the night
