Which Ground Controls should I run w/ Koni adjustables on my CRX?

Which Ground Controls should I run w/ Koni adjustables on my CRX?
90% daily driver
10% weekend HPDE/autocross car
I want some level of comfort since I have to drive this damn thing to work, take the dog to the dog park, and my lady to the mall in it.
Which spring rates should I run for a nice all around ride?
Ground Control's site offers 3 different sets (street, race, strip or something like that) but no details (exact numbers) on spring rates.
