HKS ssqv question
where is it supposed to say hks on the bov. it has the yellow hks sticker and everything on top but isnt it supposed to say hks on the inside on the round thing near the purple thing? cause myne dont

lol. that just sounds really funny. "you know the yellow thing, by the round thing that is purple somtimes"
pretty sure it says HKS on top and Super SQV on the side, other than that i dunno. here's a pic. i didnt see any writing on the inside of the valve discharge (purple thing) if thats what you mean.

if you look inside where the valve is, you should see it there.
if you worried about it beging a knockoff, those knockoffs are pretty good and work well
platinum.

I have bought 2 used ones and it has HKS in yellow on top and on the inside it just says "Sequential Blow Off Valve", so maybe its not suppose to say HKS on the inside. Maybe im wrong and I got 2 fake ones. Maybe someone who bought a new one can say if HKS is written on the inside.

take better pictures and we could help more.
the real ones DO have the writing inside of them. there was a thread not to long ago that included pictures of real HKS bov's and fake ones and the differences between the two.

No. The case is that there is an additional sticker that comes with the HKS SSQV new in the box in addition to what's already there. IF you got it used, it won't be there.

Looks like the "Ebay" SSQV BOV, i got one just looks like that , but without the HKS decal on it, probably that guy whole sold to you, slap on a HKS decal on the BOV
