im going to shave all the moldings off my house, rip out all the wood and carpet and color match the inside.

then hopefully i can wire tuck everything in my house

and if i have enough equity left over later, i'm going to do a 5 car garage conversion

I just moved into my first house this last weekend. We closed three weeks ago and spent the last three weeks painting and changing out all of the light fixtures etc.
