I also have a F22, and I always couldn't be sure people say boost and do FI. Is boost mean nitrous, or turbo? And I heard the advantage of F22 is it has nice Iron Sleeve which is good for boost?

Direct bolt in just needs a little wiring

stick with the f22a, put a h22 or h23 head on it and then boost it

any good reason why stick with f22a? Money or potential advantage of f22?

yes, my cousin had/has a f22a with a h23 head and he saved a lot of money just doing it that why insead of spending money buying the motor and swapping it in. (like me) and plus he did a bunch of more stuff to it, that i dont even know of. and plus he is a really good mechanic. he is also the person who is helping me doing my motor, tranny ecu. ect. ect. for me.

Before I swapped in my H22A in my lude, I had the F22A1 I ZEX'd the hell out of it. This motor loved nitrous! Now I'm thinkin of takin that old head & putting a friend's H23 head on it & use it as a turbo project.
