where is it on the exhaust? pics?

kinda sucks, but as long as there isn't a hole, it should be a problem

returning an item is more of a pain for me than just sucking it up - i say ask for a partial reimbursement and tell them you'll send pictures or threaten to return it, they might give it to you

ehh..just keep it..you have it and its not going to effect any thing..even if you did return it you would have to deal with waiting longer to have your exhaust on your gs-r

Imo id return it...regardless of the turn around time. Its your hard earned cash, why settle for a damaged exhaust when you could have just purchased a used one for half the price

what a ****** DUMASS. if you dont know dont speak aight. a dent on an exhaust CAN affect performance. it depends on where the dent is. if the dent is on the tip near the silencer than I suppose its not big deal.

true.. why settle for somthing that u worked and waitied for so long (eventho u prolly didnt) , expecting the best..dude wat i recomend that u do is that u called them do ask for reinburstment and ask them to send u the waybills so u can send that back without paying a dime. and once u have ur reinbursment go out and buy a different one or the same 1

the only way i was gona send it back was if it was actually worth it.... if theres no performance loss and its still reliable... expletive it.... they havent been answering the phones any way so ill just stick with it likely...

Hope you kept your receipt and packaging. If I were you I would return it. You paid all that money for a "brand new" product. If anyone is going to damage it, that person should be you. Right?

Same thing happened to my exhaust when it was shipped even though it was in thick cardboard and wrapped in foam. I figured since it was on the bottom of the muffler i don't care since I know I would end up scrapeing it anyhow. If it's on the bottom I'd just let it go but since it is a Greddy which is not cheap, if its on the side I'd return it b/c you'll look at it every time you look at your car.
