brake squeak diagnosis
are they drum brakes in the rear? if so they may just need cleaning. if not its most likely your pads. while replacing your pads i would get the rotors resurfaced also

Any small/large shop will have the ability to resurface your rotors. Even Pep Boys can do it. Take them off yourself and bring them the rotor. Shouldn't cost much at all.
Did you break in your brakes properly? Sometimes when they aren't broken in nicely, they will squeak because they haven't seated to the rotors. If you're unlucky, it won't go away until the next pad change.

Yea do what the following peeps instructed you to do. Change the rotor and he brake pads. Besides that make sure you also buy the QUIET BRAKE spray can so spray behind the pads. That is very crucial, if not it can cause squeaking again and again. Try it out and let me know how it goes.
