Just wondering if there're any replicas of this being made by anyone.

 

I am 99.5% sure that they don't have any replicas.

It is a nice looking bumper. I would not buy one for how much they are asking for the Mugen.

its nice looking but not my taste....they made alot nicer bumper for the 5th gen

thanks for your opinion dude.....unfortunately thats not what the question was.....

just typing in things like jdM MugEn r4cing bumper and you might be able to find one....if i remember right people have sold replicas on there before....i love that thing...but i dont know if i would get a fiberglass bumper....the replica is probably fiberglass

is the original bumper urethane?

I"m pretty sure that the orginal is fiber glass since it was made a long time ago, and my mugen spoiler is fiber glass.

I'd only buy a replica if it was urethane and fit properly. Fiberglass knock-offs just suck.

i bet the replica mugen front bumper, if it does exist, would probably not be too cheap either...

i quit hoping after a few days, my next best bet was the ww rs lip kit or the kaminari

but for the price of "body kits" i would rather buy other mods

 

Ok here we go, Facts: The original 4th Mugen bumper it's made out of abs plastic, pretty much similar or the perhaps the same plastic found on your regular oem honda plastic bumpers. The bumper it's very fragile itself and tends to crack if you have it unmounted like sitting in you basement or so. it cracks very easily therefore it's hard to store. I bought one about a year ago and it's taking a toll sitting off the car.

Facts on Replicas:

there's guy on ebay that every once in a while begins to sell with out the lenses of course, and his are made out of fiberglass. Also, if you somehow manage to find the extremely rare lenses real or fake , you will have to cut off slots on the fiberglass replica bumper where the lenses little latches go because they are not open on the replica bumper . I haven't seen them back on ebay for months.

Do they still make kaminari lip for the 4gen if so how much? Also, does it have replicas made?

 

there was a small sale for some original kaminari's on preludeoline.com

they were going for 650 + shipping

but i don't know about availability now
