I was driving behind a Neon today and noticed whenever he hit the brakes, his 3rd brake light blinks. Really caught my attention.
What is needed to do this to our Accord's??? Been rear-ended 3 times in the last 2 years
.... just want to find a way to get the attention of the person following.

You could probably just run a standard automobile flasher inline with the power for that light. It would blink like your turn signals then.... It might be cool if you used a fast-flasher too. Then it would look more like a strobe. Two pins on flasher should just go in-line with the (+) side of your light's power.
It would most likely be illegal to flash a red light as fast as a strobe. Flashing like a turn signal would be fine I would imagine...
