i just put my 92-93 xs-i motor in my 92 teg and the motor makes like a whinding noise from the belt side of the motor, i took off the AC belt, that didnt work...kinda sounds like a TIGHT t-belt....any ideas?

ps: the car only has 1 cel thats #20 (electrical load detector) Bullshit code!!

is this at idle? whining could be belts(timing/accessory) altenator, water pumps, timing belt tensioner.....alot of things. need alil more info then what you posted.
