Default weird whining noise coming from motor?

ok i have just put in my b16 1st gen in my 93 hatch and b4 i put it in i put my type r cams in, the type r intake manifold, and a new timing belt. aftyer i dropped the motor in i started it up and let it warm up to temp and put coolant in and everyting is fine but the motor has a whining noise, it sounds like i have a super charger in it and when i rev it up the whining gets faster and louder. i have no check engine light and everything else is fine the oil level is fine just makes a awful whining noise like a super charger. i dont want to drive it so its still in my garage i dont know what it could be i dont want to even drive it to the shop to get it looked at cuz im afraid its gonna break or something. does anyone know what it could be?

i only have a/c belt and altenator belt nd i took the a/c belt off and the altenator belt off and it still makes the noise. i put the altenator belt back on so my battery dont die. but the noise soudns liek its coming from inside the valve cover in teh head somewhere. i think it has something to do with either the type r cams that i had put it or maybe the timing belt and tensioner. if the timing belt is too tight or if the tensioner is bad could that cause the whining noise?

are you running stock cam gear or adjustable cam gears? adjustable cam gears will make some sound compared to stock cam gear. I had that problem when I switched to adjustable cam gears from stock.
