Default Sensor

i been having a hard time with my Accord. Lately it been shifting weird. In D4 (auto tranny) it takes off with power but when it shifts it seem like it shifts into 4th gear and it would down shift. The sport light is blinking and the E.C.U is telling me Code 7 I was talking to someone about it and they are saying that the speed senor is might be going so i need help with if the throttle position sensor or the speed sensor or both of them are going.

Any Help is Appreciated

It a 1990 Accord Ex auto

From the point where the throttle body and intake air tube meet; look straight down to the top of the differential. You'll need a long extension and a 10mm socket to change it. There is a little pin that couples the electrical and mechanical part together, it can't work if you lose it or don't install it.
