D16 Torque specs

D16 Torque specs
Before anyone says anything I tried a search and it said the function was not available. With that said I need the torque specs for the rod bolts and the crank bolts for a 93 ex, d16 is the engine code i believe.

By the crank bolts do you mean the main cap bolts?
Honda OEM Rod bolts: 23ft/lbs (if your running another company then contact them for the specs)
Main Caps: Step 1. 18ft/lbs Step 2. 38ft/lbs (for D16z6) 33ft/lbs (for everyone else)
