I am trying to get the Si-R spoiler for my CRX and am having no luck does anybody know a manufactuor for this? or any spoiler similar... I'm just finding those huge SRT-4 looking spoilers and some ones that look like a whale's tail... I have tryed used the only guy having one sayed he will give it to me for $40 Canadian but it needs like 2hours of bodyshop work for re-shaping because he got in an accident

Yeah, SETI20 often has EDM stuff.

they are on ebay all the time ALL the time...password and jdmshit have them from time to time also...I THINK that a very similar spoiler was avail in canada too

No no no no no. That lip wing is available on every CRX sold in Europe. In VT (note. Its VT not VTi) there is a diffrent spoiler. Same spoiler that the JDM SI-R has.

I have one on my CRX, i bought it over a year ago on ebay, was shipped straight from Japan
Was in really good condition, if i can dig up the info on the seller i'll post it, but then again over a year ago is when i bought it.

This is the 1.6i 16V-VT wing. Also found on later year SiR cars and the CRX-SE. You'll need a new rear wiper arm with this one if you have an Si. The VT/SiR arm is more flush mount and curved.

i have a 91 crx with an SiR egine well b16a and i dont have that wing. Wings on a crx looks ricerish.

 

Yeah, that wing is rice. Aspecially at 120+Mph when the back end starts weaving around.

 

How is the SiR wing rice when its an OEM option

 

So I don't mean to take this off topic, but while we're on the topic of which spoilers came on which model cars...

I've seen a lot of the two wings shown in this thread so far, but what model CRX did this wing come off of? I havent seen it as much.

 

That's a variation of the wing.
I could be mistaken, but that's one of the earlier japanese models without the center leg.

I heard that they're a bit prone to cracking because of the lack of a center support.

 

ah, ok. I've thought it was off an EF6 (I think I remember seeing that scribbled on the underside when I got it), but I just wanted to get some confirmation.

 

all the wing does is slow you down so i would put a wing on anyways the crx dont look good with a wing

i had a Style II with that wing on, and i also had just a basic 1.5x with it on.. quite nice with the LED brake light

I modified a couple of VT wings with a brake light. That was almost as nice. Lots of work tho...
