Idle vibrate, No vtec, Flood when starting
My car vibrates quite a bit when idling (not sure about the rpms, as I have my stock tach still 
), vtec will not engage, and often when I try to start the car it won't start and just floods out. If I wait 10-15 minutes, it'll start up fine. Does this sound like my fuel pump?
