100th wiring ??? please help...

i tried to search.... didnt find info i needed. please help someone.
95 civic hatch cx. origional harness was hacked very bad. .. yanked it out and put in a 95 GSR car harness . the harness goes from the driverside door area, across firewall and into the engine bay along passenger side. i also have both GSR fuse boxes, and some of the different relays. im going to use a 92 obd1 ls ecu and when i do the ls/vtec im going to use the jdm p30 ecu. i also will use a GSR motor harness when i do the ls/vtec. right now im using the ls motor harness.
my problems?? everything went smoth except .a plug near the inside fuse box was cut off the gsr harness. i traced it on the civic harness and it goes to a 1x1x3 grey box that says main assy relay on it. i dont know what that is and dont have a book yet... any ideas? also it has 11 wires going to it on the civic harness, i only see 9 cut wires on the gsr harness. 2nd problem. the break switch.. civic switch only has 2 wires, the GSR one has 4??? i cant exchange plugs? or would it just be easier to but a GSR switch and plug it in... will that work?. and 3rd problem: im broke... hahaha cant afford the $100 bucks for a integra dash harness. (yes im doing the dash convertion also) i have everything but the harness. but i need to wait. sooo i need to use my stock civic dash harness. will this work. just for temporary. i just need a cluster to work. i have both clusters but im going to also use the civic dash for now. if i can use my civic dash harness but plug the civic or teg cluster into it i need oen to work till i can afford to get the teg dash harness any ideas???
please help, or give me ideas on were to learn. i dont have the $40 bucks for the 2 chiltons/hains manuals to look up the harness colors.
