96-present......obd2 converted to obd1

Default 96-present......obd2 converted to obd1

my question is can you guys still pass the state inspection running the obd1 to your obd2 car with turbo? or do i need to put the obd2 ecu and run the car? but if i do that it will throw the code right away

no. There diagnostic computer wont be able to communicate.

Find a place that only does the 'sniffer' test.

I'm from Canada and we only do 'sniffer' tests up here.......heck they don't even open the hood.
