Default zc motor question i've searched...

Just a couple quick questions....

Did the ZC motor only come from OBD0 cars?

How much HP do they have... think it's 130?

can they bolt into an EG?

they're basically a SOHC motor but it's got a DOHC head, but the exhaust flange is the same as a SOHC?

where can I find the specs for the engine and how much do they usually go for?

thanks and sorry for the "noob" question

130 is correct ( if your talkin bout dohc which i think you are)

yes they bolt in using the stock sohc mounts

yes exhaust uses the sohc parts

Yeah you would have thought... I really just wanted to "verify" what I knew... I might be getting one for my wifes LX 94 4dr.... She's turbo'd and I wanted to make sure that her manifold would swap over.. I thought it did, but again.. I just wanted to make sure....

Oh one more question.. her SOHC DX tranny will bolt right up right? thanks again

There is alot of confusion surrounding the subject of the ZC motors.

From my research I have found that this is the most helpful site for this matter:
