Basically I have a 97 Accord front bumper that has its paint chipping from a previous accident. The paint has been chipping off for at least 3 months now. Now the paint on the front bumper has become an eye sore. Which would be the most economical way to replace/repair the front bumper with matching paint. In my opinion the paint is chipping off pretty badly.

 

You'll be disappointed on anything less that completely stripping and refinishing it. If it still fits correctly and has not warped over time, why go to the added expense of replacing the cover?
An old Honda Bumper Cover will still fit 10x better than an aftermarket replacement.
