So the CTR come only with the ABS LSD and NO DOHC VTEC, whereas the ITR comes with DOHC VTEC LSD......right?

 

that picture is not of a CTR... it is of a:
"EG-4, VTi, 1.6L SOHC Vtec Civic, ABS w/LSD"

The EG is the body style before the CTR.
