Default weird shaking issue???

I know all the basic problems that can cause my car to shake, but I can't put my finger on what the hell is going with my car. At about 65 mph sometimes my car, especially the steering wheel, well shake pretty violently. The weird thing is that it dosn't always happen, even when I am driving on the same road and same speed. I mean with things like axles, motor mounts, bent/unbalanced rims, my guess would be that the problems wouldn't come and go. If anyone has an idea of what the problem could be please let me know.

First things first, check the lugnuts, and check your suspension for play. Then get the wheels/tires rebalanced. Those options are just about free 'cept for the balancing.
