I just bought a used pair of Greddy headers for my 00 civic si from my buddy with only like 200 miles on them but he doesn't have the gaskets (lost them), does anyone know what gaskets i have to put on with those headers.

You bought a pair of headers for your EM1? Sell one. You only need one.
Use your stock gaskets. You'll be fine. the gasket that goes between the header and the head is metal and the one that bolts up to the rest of your exhaust is a graphite donut gasket you can use again as well.

 

If I remember correctly, when I installed one on a friends B16, it was a 2 piece kit. His was already bolted together, just put it in as 1 piece, but I assumed there were round gaskets that fit between the primarys and the down pipe.

cuase headers sounds better than header, it's american english. Stop being a ******* idiot and correcting people, headers = 2, header = 1... nobody with a education over 4th grade gives 2 *****.
