On the T.A.S. website I was looking around when I came across what appeared to be a factory foglight button for my 96 accord. I wasnt aware that foglight's were available for my model. Am I wrong? Or are there jdm foglights or something? Ive been looking at foglights and Im thinking about getting a set. Id prefer OEM if it even exists. Any help?

yes, there are oem foglights for 5th gens. although i dont believe you could get them as an option/accessory until 96 in the US. if you search around you can find the oem wiring kit for them, that is what i did. all the foglights were clear for us models cars, but in japan some sir models came with yellow foglights...

those are for a 94-95 model, the 96-97 ones are slightly different upon close examination...

 

how much did u get them for momstaxi? And where did you get them from?
I went to ebay for my fogs because i couldn't find the OEM ones anywhere.

 

The fog lamps switch assemblies would be listed in the Honda Accessories catalog, and although the parts catalog doesn't show them; it does mention the block-off plates for the spots they're intended to go into. (#14 I believe).
I've been looking for an OEM Honda set myself, but it appears that Honda's inventory has depleated.

the fog lights on my 96.

the ones for the 94-95 are the same design, but different fitment. they will not fit on other models.

mine are $50 OEM style ones that I bought off ebay. they work just great, and have an OEM type switch inside too. the bulbs that came with them weren't amazing, so I switched those.

those are just the oem accessory kit with clear foglights.

if your looking for the sir optional yellow fogs though those may be harder to obtain

To my knowledge Honda has stopped selling OEM fogs for a couple of models. I tried looking for a set for my Accord and they didnt have any in stock. I dunno if they have stopped selling them for the 5th gen.

The switch assembly resembles #2 because I have a damaged one sitting right in front of me at this very moment. There's a tiny bulb in a tube and another bulb that installs from the bottom. I sure wish I could find one somewhere....
